May 31, 1922 -- Dec. 11, 2003 ------ Marion Feasel, 81, 104 E Saffel Ave., Sycamore, died Thursday at Wyandot M emorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky. He was born in Tiffin to Japhet and Vesta M (Stull) Feasel and they are de ceased. He married Betty Jo Chaney on Sept. 7, 1946 and she survives. Mr. Feasel retired as inspector from the Whirlpool Corp. in Clyde aft er 36 years. He is a U.S Army veteran of World War II, having served in New Guinea a nd the southern Philippines. He was a member of Sycamore American Legion P ost 250. Mr. Feasel loved to go bowling and fishing. He was also an avid Detroit Ti gers fan. Also surviving are sons Larry A Feasel of Rocky Mount, Va., and Clive A Fe asel of Republic; daughters Mrs. Karl (Marion) Raypole of rural Tiffin, Mr s. Jim (Charlene) Stowers of Sycamore, Mrs. Larry (Betsy) Gerhart of Bucyr us, Lorrie A Feasel and Cathy A Feasel, both of Sycamore; 17 grandchildr en and 17 great-grandchildren; and brothers Norman Feasel of Elko, Nev., a nd Walter Feasel Jr of Fremont. In addition to his parents, he is preced ed by one grandson, seven brothers and two sisters. Visitation: 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore References
