Marion Mac "Dink" Brunson was born January 2, 1874 in Montague County TX. He was an early-day cowboy who rode the range and trailed cattle from TX to MT in 1898.
In 1900 he started a ranch on Tusler Creek north of Terry, and operated it for several years until ill heath forced him to leave his ranch. He then worked for L R McLean for several years and then worked at the Harold Dersham ranch.
Mr Brunson, age 76, died in the Terry hospital of a heart attack on 1-15-1950.
He was preceded in death by his wife. His immediate survivors include a brother, Denham Brunson of Winnett; a sister, Mrs Ida Pearl Maxwell of Couer de Laine ID; and two nieces, Mrs Leon Yarger of Brockway and Mrs Duncan McDonald of Miles city.
