27 Apr 1911, p 3 - Mrs. J.W. Carpenter, of New York City, and her sister, Mrs. Etta Tyner Taylor, of Seattle, wash., spent the greater part of last week here visiting their relatives, Samuel Dinwiddie and family, and entertained by several of their old time friends. Richard Tyner and wife, of Knightstown, spent Sunday with them and all enjoyed a fine family reunion dinner. Mesdames Carpenter and Taylor left for Kankakee, Ills., Monday, to visit their sister, Mrs. Parker. Their stay here enabled them to meet old friends and awaken new memories of days long ago.
