ANDERSON, MARIETTA 310 Seymour Apt 810

Age 85, died Fri., Mar. 23, 1979 at a local hospital. Mrs. Anderson was a resident of Lansing most of her life coming from Eaton County. She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral and Church of the Resurrection, the Altar Society, and the American Legion Womens Auxiliary No. 267, Haslett Post, Mrs. Anderson was Executive Housekeeper at the Hospital for MSU for many years. Surviving are 2 daughters, Mrs. Donald H. (Agnes) Burnett of Holiday, Fla. and Mrs. Tom (Ruth) Wright Sr. of Lansing, 10 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. 2 brothers, Clarence Emmers and Walter Emmers both of Haslett, and 1 sister Katy Linn of Okemos. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Mon. at 12 noon at the Church of the Resurrection with Rev. Fr. Francis Martin officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited Sun. at 8 p.m. at the Palmer-Bush Funeral Home.
