I contacted Marian Ann Disterhaft's son, who confirmed Marian was born in Princeton Wisconsin (finding Census information confirming this also) and that she died in Cumming Georgia. Per his email to me (dated 14 Jan 2012) Marian was born at a home (family farm) approximately 3 miles from the town.

There are many family trees on the internet that have this confused. The confusion was explained...Georgia shows up because they were helping Marian get a copy of her birth certificate for a passport and that at the time they lived in Georgia and were working with Wisconsin to get the record. The Wisconsin department of records put down their Georgia address.

After my interaction with Marian's son (my Great Step Uncle), checking census records (showing her in WI and born in WI), and checking the Social Security Death Index (which reflects SSN state of WI) I am sure this is correct.
