Margarete was the daughter of the owner Spath of "The Lamb Inn" at Dornhan. They had four children, but three of them died at an early age. The fourth one, a daughter named Margarethen, born February 9, 1851, moved to Dornhan through marriage. Margarete was later sentenced to 10 years in prison for assisting in the murder of Mr. Haber's wife. Afterwards, she moved to Dornhan.
