Our 3rd daughter, Margaret Jane came along 18mos after Anna. After 6wks my milk failed. Formula form the doctor: 4oz milk, 4oz boiled water, tsp of lime water & tsp sugar... every 4hrs. Had no icebox or refrigerator.

MARGARET DORMAN died Sun Aug 9, 1998 aged 92, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born Jun 7, 1906 in Mt.Savage, dau of Lawrence & Flors (Martens)Winebrenner. Preceded in death by husband Wm.Stanley Dorman, one dau, Dorothea Simons & 3 sisters: Blanch Helmick, Marie Caughey & Virginia Wyszynski.. Survivers are 3 dau: Eleanor Gibbons of Port Charlotte, FL; Maxine Leavitt of Silver Springs, MD & Priscilla Simons of St.Cloud, FL. 13 grandchildren & 30 great-grands. Two brothers: Murray of OpaLocka, FL & Victor of Orlando, FL. 3 sisters: Anna Dougherty of Honey Grove TX; Roberta McGuire of Frostburg & Rose Alice Hobbins of Brooksville, FL.. Interment at Mt.Savage United Methodist Cemetery.
