Margaret Richey, widow, of Laurens Co., SC, to Ellener (X) Richey of same (Elliner later m. Mr. McClure),

125 acres on Duncan's Creek, being part of a 350 acres tract granted to John Williams on 31 Aug 1784 (?), between Broad and Saluda Rivers on a Branch called Leonard's Fork, Waters of Duncan's Creek, adjacent to James Young, Roland McCurley.

John Williams conveyed to Alexander McNary 31 Jul 1785; who conveyed 29 Nov 1785 to Margaret Richey, widow.

Witnesses: James Findley, Rebecca Adair (nee Montgomery) m. James Adair Isabella Ross (nee Montgomery) m. Dr. George Ross Findley signed 6 Aug 1789 before James Montgomery, Justice of Peace.
