    Alexander Napier, beforementioned, youngest son of Sir Alexander Napier, and brother to Sir Archibald, for distinction, was called Sandy, and came into England, temp. Henry VIII. And settled at Exter, and by Anne Birchley, his wife, daughter to Edward Birchley, of Hertfordshire, had issue, four daughter ; Catherine, married to Edward Kempton, of London : Margaret, wife to Francis Evington, of London : Elizabeth, to John Leech, of Devonshire ; Anne, to William Newcombe, of Exter ; and three sons.
