OBIT- Barrie Examiner, 27 Oct. 1921-- Page 16. THE LATE MRS. S. PENNY--Her many friends her regret the passing away of Mrs. Sidney Penny (nee Margaret McDonnah (sic?) ) in St. Michael's Hospital on Oct. 12. Deceased had been ill only a week and died following an operation for a tumor. A resident of Allandale ten years ago and former member of the Ladies' Auxiliary to the B. of R.T., the late Mrs. Penny was very well know. Her husband, who like herself, came from Orillia, was a conductor on the G.T.R. for quite a number of years and at present is C.P.R. yardmaster at Toronto. The funeral took place from her late residence, 65 Aziel Street, Toronto, to Mount Hope Cemetery, Besides her husband,she leaves to mourn her loss two daughters and one son. Mrs. Wm. Penny, 57 Innisfill Street, is a sister-in-law.
