    An interesting wedding recently in Seattle, Washington, was that of Miss Marcia Paschal, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Paschal, to Captain Arthur Cranston, quartermaster, U. S. Army, son of Mrs. Ainsworth, wife of Major General Ainsworth, the military secretary. The ceremony occurred in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Van Tuyle, relatives of the bride, with whom she has been staying for some time. Captain Cranston is attached to the Army transport Dix, and the marriage was arranged soon after his arrival in this country from his last voyage. He and his bride are now on a wedding journey which will consume a few weeks, after which the captain will sail in the Dix for another trip to the Phillippines. He will then be assigned to a post on land with his regiment, the 17th infantry.

    Mrs. Arthur Cranston, wife of Captain Cranston, quartermaster U. S. A., now on the transport Dix, will spend December on the Pacific coast to join Captain Cranston on his arrival from Manila. Capatin and Mrs. Cranston were married in September at Seattle, Wash., the bride being Miss Marcia Paschal. At that time, as stated on the wedding cards, Mrs. Cranston expected to be at 1503 Rhode Island Avenue, Washington, D. C., after December 1, but her return East is deferred.
