Maranda L. Saunders 1830-1900 Milton Newspaper Obituary "The Milton Journal", Milton, Wisconsin, Thursday, Jun. 14, 1900, p 1. Miss Miranda Saunders died at her home Monday after a lingering illness of two years. Last Saturday evening she had a stroke of paralysis from which she did not rally. She was unable to speak again and passed away Monday. Although she had been in poor health for so long yet her death was a shock to her friends. She was a good neighbor and friend and well liked by all, and will be greatly missed. At this writing no arrangements have been made for the funeral services. Sympathy is extended by all to her sisters in their affliction.
