!Apparently was named after her "aunt", Manomas Lavina Gibson, daughter of her

grandfather's first wife, Mary Ann Sparks. This Manomas Lavina Gibson had a
unique relationship with Anne Elizabeth Newman Gibson, Manomas Lovina Ballard's
grandmother -- they were the same age. See notes for RIN #2763.

!This begs the question of whether Manomas's middle name was actually spelled

"Lovina" or "Lavina". Washington County does not have any birth certificate
records to verify the spelling, and Grafton is now a ghost town. Manomas is
not listed on any Grafton Ward records, and is listed as "Noma" or "Nomie" on
early Snowflake Ward records. The only place her full name is listed is on
the records of the St. George Temple (both for own Endowment and for Sealing
to Angus, where she is listed as "Manomes Lovina Ballard". However, her
daughter, Wanda Willis Williams, verifies that her mother always spelled her
name "Manomas" (with an "-as") "Lovina" (with a "Lo-").

!Manomas was called "Noma" or "Nomie" throughout her life. !Was also sealed to her parents by proxy on 15 July 1981 in Salt Lake Temple.
