    Harold D. Cornwell, 39, of 15710 Larkspur St, San Fernando

    Two persons were killed and a third suffered injuries from which he later died when automobiles in which they were riding crashed head on on Highway 6, a half mile north of Solemint Junction early yesterday.

    The dead were Harold D. Cornwell, driver of one of the cars; Mrs. Mary Catherine Wade and her husband, Maner Wade, driver of the other car.

    Cornwell and Mrs. Wade were dead when the ambulances arrived and Wade died last night in Newhall Community Hospital.
