'MANASSAH, born Salem, MA say 1684; died perhaps Edgartown, MA after 1729; married first Plymouth, MA 4 February 1713/4 (PVR, 90) MEHITABLE HOLMES, daughter of John and Patience (Faunce) Holmes; married second Martha's Vineyard, MA say 1721 (History of Martha's Vineyard 3:107) ESTHER (COTTLE) HARDING, born before 1700, died 1727 (History of Martha's Vineyard 3:107), daughter of Edward and Esther (Daggett) Cottle.'

While this source estimates Manassah's birth year at about 1684, his brother Samuel was born 4 Mar 1681[/2], Thomas was likely born at least 2 years later (1684) and Elizabeth was born Aug 1687. Unless the children were closer than 2 years apart (not that common with younger children unless one dies), Manassah was likely born at least 2 years after Elizabeth. This assumes the relative order of the sons (but not the daughters) as presented in this source.
