FACT: I556 Type: Merged GRAMPS ID

The legend is that Malinda was the daughter of Abraham Compton II and others say she is the daughter of Abraham Compton I, but this cannot be true since he died in 1779. I believe she was the granddaughter of Abraham Compton I, and daughter of Lindy Compton and Henry Phillips. I don' t have proof of this but for the purpose of this report, and because facts seem to support it, I am listing her as the daughter of Henry and Lindy (Compton) Phillips.
