Jeremias deeded a partial interest in some real estate to a George Fetzer (Junior). This was his wife's interest in her father's estate, granted to her brother. Fetzer records call her Susannah, but all of the Keffer documents call her variations of Magdalena. She was likely Susannah Magdalena or Magdalena Susannah, as she had daughters who bore both names.

Both the Keffer family, Magdalena and Jeremias, and the Fetzer family moved from Berks County, Pennsylvania, to Shenandoah County, Virginia (then called Dunmore County).
