On Nov. 18th 1916 at Victoria Hiospital, Cork, Mabella Anne D'Esterre, second daughter of the late William D'Esterre PArker, J.P., The Green, Passage West, Co. Cork. Funeral 9 o'clock Wednesday from Marmullane Church for Old Grave Yard.
The death of Miss Mabella Parker has cast a gloom over the parish, as she was related to several families here, and had a large number of close friends. She has been for many years associated with the religious and social life of the place. SHe held the post of voluntary organist in the church at one time. She was Hon, Secretary of the Marmullane Lawn Tennis Club, and was a indefatigable collector for the Victoria Hospital. She will leave a blank in the parish which will not easily be filled.
