Mabel G. Board Dies; Rites Set Funeral services will be held Wednesday for Mabel G. Board, 77, of 507 N. Grant, who died yesterday in a local hospital after a brief illness. A native of California and a resident here eighteen years, she was a retired oil company stenographer. Survivors include a sister Mrs. W. S. Weber, of Stockton; four nieces, Mrs. W. A. Winto of Stockton, Mrs. Roberta Board of Merced, Mrs. Merle Ferre of Concord, Mrs. Jeanne Spaulding of Middleton; and two nephews, James Board of Sacramento, and Robert Board of Porterville. Rites will be held at 1 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of Frisbe and Warren, followed by burial in Park View Cemetery.
