Luckily Mary's daughter had the sence to lieflat and hang onto the mane of the horse. Mary never went back to visitthis home until Lynn had grown up and was less dangerous to have herdaughter's around

He retired in 1994 after 30 years withRockwell International as a repairman, servicing Army trucks, tractortrailers and buses. He was a charter member of Loyal Order of the MooseLodge 1651 in Marysville. An avid hunter, he enjoyed fishing and was agun enthusiast. He was born March 12, 1945, in Columbus and waspredeceased by his father, Gail R. King. He is survived by his mother,Mary McIntosh King of Pataskala, now living in Marysville; his wife of35 years, Charlotte K. Bradford King whom he married Feb. 8, 1969, inMarysville; a daughter, Clara (Todd) Clevenger of Marysville; a son,Gail R. King of Pataskala; a grandson, Nathan Clevenger of Marysville;two brothers-in-law, Clayton (Nancy) Bradford of Marysville and Calvin(Patricia) Bradford of Hilliard; an uncle, Emerson McIntosh ofPataskala; an aunt, Florence Bevelhymer of New Albany; and many otherrelatives and good friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.Thursday at the Underwood Funeral Home with Paul Reynolds officiating.Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Memorialcontributions may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association."
