 There are some interesting facts in the story of Judson King, Lydia Prince and John Vought II, Lydia's second husband. 

 The 1865 birth of Judson A. King, s/o of Judson and Lydia Prince King, took place some eleven months after the death of his father, 2/21/1864.

 In the Vought genealogy there is litle mention of John II, it is probable he is the son of Peter

Vought as he is the only one of the Vought's with a son named John of the right age. 

 In the few records I have found of John and his first wife she is listed as Emaline, b. 1836 d. 2/23/1864. Buried next to John Vought II is Electa Vought, b. 10-27-1836 d. 2-23-1864. The death of Electa Vought took place only two days after the death of Judson King. 

 The 1870 census records of Rome, list Sanford Prince 67 (Lydia's father) in the household of John Vought II 49, Lydia 29, Fred 14, Oscar 12, Bela King 10, Montford King 8, and Judson A. 5. 

 Judson King's first wife was Candace Prince (d/o Merrick Brainard and Harriet Russel Prince, first cousin of Lydia Prince King. Judson and Candace had one child a son, Judson H. b. 1854. Candace died in 1857, age 23, and is buried in the Grove Cemetery, Trumansburg, NY. as are many of the King family.
