Obituary DEATH OF MRS. LYDIA COX

  At the home one and one half miles east of the city on the Urbana pike, Saturday evening at eleven o'clock, occurred the death of Mrs. Lydia Cox of Brights disease.  The deceased was born in Warren County and was 66 years old.  She had been a resident of this vicinity since 1861.  The funeral services will be held at the home tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock, conducted by Dr. T.L. Hughes.

The Franklin Democrat January 26, 1900 JC Freese received a dispatch from Piqua, Ohio, notifying him of the death of Mrs John Cox of that place. Mr and Mrs Cox, we understand, formerly resided at Edinburg, and are relatives of Mrs Freese, and highly respected people.
