    12 Jun 1729: Lydia Hutchinson Widow Relict of Joseph Hutchinson of Salem that whereas my late husband did grant to my Son Robert Hutchinson of Salem all his lands on condition he fulfill certain bonds and obligations, I have received full satisfaction and do agree with Peter Hobart the assignee of my son Robert that the lands are free of any encumbrance related to this.
