OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)
Mrs. Lulu B. Aukerman, 66, Wabash R.R. 3, died Saturday morning at 4:30 o'clock in the home of her son, Fred Aukerman, same address, following an illness of six months.
Mrs. Aukerman was born July 28, 1882 in Wabash and lived most of her life here. She was the daughter of Abraham and Jane (Hill) Bitner. In 1901 she married Charles Aukerman who died in 1931.
She is survived by two sons, E.L. Aukerman, Bellville, Tex., and Fred, in whose home she died; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Turschman, Fairmount; and two grandchildren.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and the Eastern Star in Indianapolis.
The body was taken to the Jones Funeral Home where friends may call after 3:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. The date and hour of the services will be announced later and #burial will be in Falls Cemetery.
