[Note: there is a baptism printed in the published VRs for Levi in the same year that would be somewhat conflicting with this birth. See the note on the parents' page. An explanation is not known but Lucy appears correct for this family based on an old record found online p. 133. Note particularly the use of the word "daughter" which, despite appearances of after-the-fact corrections to the name Lucy in the record, tends to rule out Levi/Levy as a valid interpretation.]
