Loyal A Fought May 7, 1926 -- June 7, 2004

Loyal A Fought, 78, of Helena went to be with Jesus on Monday at Memori al Hospital.

He was born in rural Helena to the now-deceased Haven and Blanche (Barleka mp) Fought. Loyal was a 1946 graduate of Ross High School. He married Mart ha A Swartzmiller on July 9, 1949 at Green Springs Methodist Church and s he survives.

Loyal was a lifelong farmer and also worked for the CO garage, retiri ng in 1989.

Loyal is survived by son Marvin (Frieda) of Helena; daughter Priscilla (Je ff) Webert of Helena; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; a nd brother the Rev. Floyd Fought of Lakeside. In addition to his parent s, he is preceded by son Wayne and daughter Anna Fraley.

Visitation: 5 to 9 p.m. today at Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home & Cremati on Services, Gibsonburg.

Services: The celebration of his life and new birth in heaven will be at 1 0:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor David Stevens officiat ing.

Burial: Washington Chapel Cemetery, Hessville.

Memorials: Heavens Highway Community Church.
