The Atlanta Constitution, Aug 1, 1949 Obituary reads: “WATERS, Mrs. Louise Smith - Friends and relatives of Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Waters, Greenville, S. C.; Mr. Milton Waters, Mr. L. C. Waters, Atlanta; Mr. jack F. Wa- ters, Mrs. C. A. Bouchillion, Green- ville, S. C.; Mrs. Alma Underwood, Griffen; Mrs. Ruby Hugler, At- lanta; Mr. Charles Smith, Shaw- mut, Ala; Mr. Aaron Smith, Villa Rica; Mr. M. Smith, Milstead, Ga.; Mrs. Mary Hollis, Lanett, Ala., are invited to attend the funeral of Mrs. Louise Smith Waters this (Monday) afternoon at 4 o’clock from the Bethel Baptist Church, Rev. G. E. Evans officiating. In- terment, Bethel Cemetery. The following nephews will serve as pallbearers and are requested to please meet at the church at 3:45 p. m.; Messrs. Clifford Hendrix, Milton Hindrix, Claude Hendrix, Sidney Whitlock, Tinsley Heren- don and Dolf Herendon. Mackey Mortuary, Greenville, S. C.”
