God has brought new life into our midst, and He has allowed life to go from among us in the past month.

Sandra Kay Neely came into the hearts and home of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard "Buddy" Neely in Stotts City on Tuesday, January 21. Mrs. and Mrs. George Meyer are the happy paternal grandparents.

Anna Marie Creed entered the hearts of Earl and Lorene (Kleine) Creed at the home of her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kleine, on highway 14, on Wednesday, January 22.

Mrs. Louise Christian Buhrmann was born January 1, 1859 in Westphalen Kreuhs Minden Germany. At the age of 12 years and her sister, Charlotte came to America to make their home. Their father, Mr. Henry Frederking, accompanied them across the ocean into this country. Her mother, Mrs. Louise Frederking remained in Germany. They settled in Nashville, Washington county, Illinois, where they made their home with an aunt. Their father then returned to Germany with the intention to come back later.

She joined in holy wedlock with Mr. Carl Earnest Buhrmann, April 25, 1878. They made their home in Illinois for a while and then came to live on a farm near Stotts City. To this union were born 5 children, 3 girls and 2 boys, Louise, Henry, Minnie, Anna, and Tafiel.

In 1924 they retired and made their home in Stotts City where they lived happily together till God called her companion into His heavenly presence on March 10, 1930.

She passed from our fellowship to God's perfect presence on Sunday morning, January 19, at her home in Stotts City. Her days here were 82 years and 18 days. She had long wished to meet her Heavenly Father face to face. She was a kind, loving Christian mother to her children and loved ones.

Her body was laid to rest in the God's Acre of Zion church on Tuesday afternoon, January 21. Those who miss her going are the children, Mrs. Louise Quade, Mrs. Minnie Klein, Mrs. Ernest Fieker, and Tafiel; and the brother's Karl Frederking in Germany and Henry Frederking of near Pierce City. The family wishes to thank all those who offered and gave their help, and all who expressed Christian sorrow in their time of heavy heartedness.
