Highland, Nov. 27-Louis E. Countryman died suddenly at his
home at 11:30 o'clock Tuesday night. Mr. Countryman was engaged
in work during the day but not feelIng well during the afternoon was
helped to his home and the doctor called who saw at once that he was
very ill. He did not rally and death came during the night. He Is survived
by bis wife, formerly Miss Isabelle Harp, a son. Louis Countryman,
of West Isllp, L. I., two grandchildren. Mrs. David Murphey and Billy
Weaton, his mother. Mrs. Nathaniel Countryman, a brother, Philip Countryman,
three sisters, Mrs. Walter Sutton and Mrs. Roscoe Schoonmaker,
all ot High Falls, and Mrs. Robert Clearwater of Poughkeepsle. The
funeral services will be held from his late home on Vineyard avenue,
Highland, at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon and will be conducted by
the Rev. Arthur McKay Ackerson of Holy Trinity Church and the burial
will be in the family plot in KyserIke Cemetery. Mr. Countryman was
born In High Fails 57 years ago.
