  3. [Editorial comment] Lois Stowe Belding is a perfect example of why Find A Grave should reject all memorials that have no gravestone image or primary sources for their burial information. Everything this memorial tells you is discernible from the sources cited and since the births of children in this family are found in Vernon, VT, until 1820, there is absolutely no reason to believe this child either died in Northfield, Mass., or was buried there. Northfield is simply a reflection of the fact that the death date is reported in the History of Northfield (without any specification of the location), and Northfield as the death location is most likely nothing more than a naive assumption by the memorial creator in their rush to add to their resume. This memorial does a great disservice by not providing a source, even more so, if there is actually such a grave in the indicated cemetery in Northfield.
