LOGAN M MEDLIN was born on April 4, 1847 in Moniteau County, Missouri.
Logan owned and operated a sawmill. He was also a carpenter.
The 1850 census shows Logan living with his parents in Moniteau County, Missouri.
The 1860 census shows Logan living with his parents in Scott Township, Linn County, Kansas Territory.
Logan served in the Civil War in the Confederate Army. He enrolled in Company G, 2th Regiment, Missouri Cavalry, Missouri State Guard.
Logan married ELIZA V RECTOR, the daughter of LUDWELL GILES RECTOR and ELIZABETH ELROD, on May 16, 1869 in Barton County, Missouri.
