↑ Source:Allred, Marilyn. Town of Warwick, Franklin County, Massachusetts, Genealogical Records 1739-1900, Births, Marriages,, p. 292, says the twins are named Otto and Lloyd. No name for the second one is found in the records, and the middle initial L in Donarto L Whipple in 1855 census raises doubt if Lloyd might actually be part of Otto's name. However, Allred followed for now for convenience. The other twin died the same day it was born, possibly before it could be named?
