• King George Co-Will of Timothy Stamps dated 2-25 1726/7 asks that John Killgore & John Wright be his Executors if his wife marries again; also he asks that the two men sell his bay horse. Will was witnessed by: Alexander Bell, Linfield Sharp, John Sharp.

Note: I believe this is the John Kilgore who was brother of Peter Kilgore of Lancaster Co. A Linfield Kilgore can be found in Wake Co NC-he was a member of the militia and was apparently descended from either John or Peter Kilgore of Wake/Johnston Co. This Linfield later moved to Georgia.
