    ARCHER--On September 18 (suddenly), at her residence, 22 Mary St., Launceston, Lillian. widow of the late Hedley Basil Archer of Landfall, East Tamar, loving mother of Mary (Mrs, R. Robertson, Burnie) and Elsie (Mrs, H. H. McFie, Launceston), and loved grandmother of Peter McFie, aged 58 years.

    ARCHER--The funeral of the late Mrs. Lillian Archer is appointed to leave the Chant St, Methodist Church this afternoon (Friday), at 3.30. A service will be held in the church, commencing at 3.15 p.m. Friends are invited to attend. C. T. FINNEY & SONS, A.F.D.A., 16 Brisbane St.

    MRS. HEDLEY. B. ARCHER.
    The funeral of Mrs. Hedley B. Archer took place last Friday afternoon at Carr Villa Cemetery and was attended by a large number of friends and relatives. Mrs. Archer was an enthusiastic worker for the Newnham and Chant St, Methodist Churches. The funeral was preceded by a service conducted at the Chant St, Church by Revs, R. Ward and A. R. Medson, Ulverstone.

    Chief mourners were Messrs. Allan and Stan Armstrong (brothers), R. Robertson and H. H. McFie (sons-in-law) Charles, Gerald and Evelyn Archer (brothers-in-law), R. and W. Archer, R. and F. Armstrong (nephews). Pall-bearers were Messers P. Woodford, R. Archer, R. and F. Armstrong.
    Funeral arrangements were by C.T. Finney and Sons.
