Gender Male
Birth[1] Abt 1845 Pennsylvania, United States

Levi Phinney is listed as a domestic in the household of Henry Slagle. The census does not indicate his last name is Slagle, but he is 10 years older than the Levi Slagle listed in the 1850 census, so it may be that he is the son of Henry Slagle. However, World Family Tree Volume 10, tree 2663 indicates that Levi Finny is the son of Julia Ann Schlagel. Julia does not appear in the 1850 or 1860 censuses.
