    INJURIES CAUSE FARMER'S DEATH
    Levi Rinehart of Near Waynesfield Dies at St. Rita's Hospital

    Levi Rinehart, 58, died In St. Rita's hospital at 8 p. m. Monday, 8 hours after be was injured in a fall from the roof of a silo at his home 4 miles west of Wayneefield at noon Monday

    Rinehart suffered a fractured skull, compound fractures of the legs, and serious internal injuries.

    Charles White, who was assisting Rinehart heard Rinehart fall and found him 85 feet below on the floor of the silo. An ambul removed him to the hospital here.

    Rinehart is survived by a wid and four children, all living on the farm. Funeral arrange have not been completed.

    FARMER FALLS FROM SILO ROOF
    Levi Rinehart Seriously Injured When Preparing Building for Winter Filling

    WAYNESFIELD, Sept. 10-(Special)-Levi Rinehart, 58, farmer living 4 miles west of here, suffered a fractured skull, compound fractures of the legs and serious internal Injuries Wednesday noon when he fell 25 feet from a silo on his farm while fixing pipes preparatory to filling the structure this week.

    Rinehart and a fellow workman, Charles White were placing the pipes with Rinehart on the inside of the silo. White, who was standing on the outside, started to hand Rinehart a pulley when he heard Rinehart say he had a "cramp in his leg."

    After a few minutes they proceeded with the work. Giving Rinehart the pulley, White started on some other work when he heard the man scream he was falling. Turning he saw Rinehart hit the floor of the silo.

    The injured man was rushed to St. Rita's hospital in an am where an examination determined the extent of his injuries.

    Rinehart is the father of a family, his wife and tour chil living at the farm home. He is a prominent farmer in this county.
