From the obituary of his brother, Josiah's wife, who also died June 12.

Shortly preceding Mrs. Osborn's death, Mr. Osborn received a message stating this his brother, Levi Osborn aged 56, of Matherton, had died ______ months of illness with Bright's disease. Plans for this funeral have not been made, but will be under the direction of the Masonic order. Mr. Osborn having been a past master of two blue lodges.
