Levi Denfip married Frances Bishop, daughter of Sarah Bond and Joseph Bishop, about 1895. They had one child, Marion Frances Denfip on 29 July 1896. Shortly after the birth of her son, Frances was thrown from a horse and died in 1896. Frances Bishop Denfip is buried in Olive Branch Cemetery. Marion Frances Denfip was born on 29 July 1896. Marion ws most likely born in Alexander County, Illinois. Marion died 19 November 1955 in Marshall County, Kentucky and is buried in Calvert City Cemetery, Calvert City, Marshall County, Kentucky. Levi Denfip and Matilda Catherine Bishop Marriage

Levi Denfip later, about 1902, married Matilda Catherine Bishop, the sister of his first wife.

Levi died on 22 April 1943 and is buried in Olive Branch Cemetery, Alexander County, Illinois. A memorial for Levi and a photo of his cemetry marker is located on the Find-A-Grave website.

Matilda Catherine “Katie” Bishop Denfip died on 26 July 1968. Katie is also buried in Olive Branch Cemetery. A memorial for Katie and a photo of her cemetery marker is located on the Find-A-Grave website.
