Springdate -- Funeral services were held for Mrs. Charlotte Bliss, 85, Friday afternoon, at Bluff cemetery, by Rev. Roy Bagley of Elm Springs. Mrs. Bliss, former resident, died Monday at Pierre, S.D. Surviving are three sons and one daughter, Harry Bliss of Channing S.D., Bert Bliss of Pierre, H. L. Bliss of Mountain Home, Ark., and Mrs. W. A. Kerr of Estherville, Iowa
