    L. Irwin
    WALDEN--Leslie Irwin, 89, formerly of 144 W. Main St., died Wednesday in New Paltz Nursing Home after a long illness.
    Born in Fishs Eddy May 25, 1885, he was the son of the late Schuyler and Alice Barber Irwin. His wife, Emma Louise Durkee, died in February, 1971. He was a member of the United Methodist Church.
    Surviving are a sister, Venus Jenson of Johnson City, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Walter Durkee of Santa Fe, N.M.
    Friends may call at the Millspaugh Funeral Home Sunday. Services will be on Monday.
