    Roy Severn, aged about 40, passed away at his home about a mile south of Steele last Saturday morning, after a long illness of tuberculosis, his death having been expected for some time.

    The deceased was a son of I. H. Severn, well known resident of that section of the county, and in addition to his parents and other relatives, leaves a wife and one small child. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock and burial was in the Frakes cemetery near Steele.
