Leonard Thomas Lynch Leonard Thomas Lynch, 71, of Bloomville, passed away Thursday afternoon, J an. 13, 2005, at Mercy Hospital of Tiffin. Mr. Lynch was born June 5, 1933, in Liberty Township to the late Frederi ck S. and Agnes M. (Schetter) Lynch. On March 22, 1959, he married Joyce A nne Laux and she survives. Other survivors include: two sons, Dr. Rodney J. (Ellen) Lynch of Republ ic and Eric S. (Teresa) Lynch of Crawfordsville, Ind.; daughter, Evon S. ( Shawn) Holladay of Denver, Colo.; three brothers, Gerald F. (Betty) Lyn ch and Charles D. (Carol) Lynch, both of Tiffin, and Eldon M. (Emma Lou) L ynch of Wickenburg, Ariz.; sister, Margaret A. (Jerry) Savoy of Elyria; a nd four grandchildren, Ethan S. Lynch, Conrad S. Lynch, Ford H. Lynch a nd Thomas R. Lynch. Leonard was a 1952 graduate of Bettsville High School. He served in the U. S. Navy from March 27, 1956, to March 26, 1962. He worked at Tiffin Develo pmental Center as a steam engineer for over 23 years, retiring in 199 2. He farmed the family farm for over 37 years. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, 2005, at Republic Uni ted Church of Christ, Republic. The Rev. Jeffrey King will officiate. Buri al will be private. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Jan. 22, 2005, at Republic United Chur ch of Christ. Donations can be made to Bloomville EMS or Community Hospice Care. Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack assisted the family with arrangements. |
