    W. W. 18 October 1743---W. P. 13 February 1743/4
    Wife Judith-all the negroes I had with her vizt: Harry, Hy,and Jeney, provided she relinquish what property she has or may have to all the writing and contracts that have been made by me. She to have my negroes James and Bess the cook, in lieu of the increase of the negroes I had with her to her and her heirs. Also she to have one half of the stock and moveables that I now possess, and to have her full property in the land I now live on during her widowhood, or until my daughter Nancy comes to the age of eighteen or marrys.
    Daughter Nancey-all the rest of my slaves and the other half of my stocks and moveables, and in case she dies before she comes of age or marrys then one third of her estate to go to my wife, one third to my sister Elizabeth Howson, and one third to my brother Leonard's daughter Hannah Howson,
    Daughter Nancey-the plantation where I now live, to her and the lawfully begotten heirs of her body,and if none the land to go to my heir at law.
    Niece Elizabeth Ledford-a mourning ring of twenty shillings value, and a full suit of mourning.
