    ESTATE OF LEONARD HAY.

    Appointment of Administrator.

    Mary P. Woolfolk represents that on 12 Nov 1904, Leonard Hay, late of Warsaw, Hancock Co., Illinois, died intestate, owning property (chiefly bonds, notes, & a few lots of real estate valued at about $300.00), with total value of about $14,000. He left no widow, only his brothers & sisters, to wit: Charles E. Hay of Springfield, Ill,, John Hay of Washington, D.C., and petitioner Mary P. Woolfolk of Warsaw, Ill., as sole heirs. Mary asks that William A. Dodge be appointed administrator. So ordered, on posting of $30,000 security by Mary Woolfolk & James B. Dodge.
