Leona J. Loughner, 85, of Greensburg, passed away Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, at her home. She was born June 11, 1937, in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of the late Edward and Alice Ritenour Jaram. Leona was a graduate of Ramsay High School in Norvelt. She loved working outdoors, making her lawn immaculate and her home shine beautifully. She also enjoyed daytime shopping excursions with her best friend, Barbara Schwartz. Leona was a member of Middletown United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Leona was predeceased by her husband, Albert E. Loughner, in 1972; brothers, Eugene, Donald, Glenn, Robert and Wayne Jaram; and sisters, Mary Jane Miller, Kathleen Snyder, Lois Jaram and Anna Mae Neiderhiser. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Wolfe (Donn Bartram), of New Stanton; a son, Kevin Angel (Malinda), of Connellsville; granddaughters, Anissa Wolfe and Katrina Quinn (Kyle); a great-granddaughter, Kerrigan Quinn; a niece, Robin Kennison (Joe); a great-niece, Amanda Kennison; a nephew, Randy Neiderhiser (Mary); an extended family member/neighbor, who was like a son, Jeff Kane, of Greensburg; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
