LEANEL "LEE" LOUGHNER Leanel "Lee" Lamont Loughner, of Boulder City, passed away April 10, 2018.
Lee overcame many obstacles, always finding the strength through God to be victorious.
His compassion for others was displayed by his life's attitude of "Find a Need and Fill It."
He and his twin brother, Albert, were born May 3, 1929, in Jeanette, Pennsylvania, to Agnes and James Loughner. He served in the U.S. Navy the latter part of World War II, cruising the North Atlantic.
Lee was in sales, working for several companies which included Pacific Bell Yellow Pages, where he met his wife, Josephine, and they were married for 48 years.
He walked confident in his belief in Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour, sharing this all the way to his death bed. He was an active member of Calvary Chapel Boulder City. After retiring in California, Lee and Jo settled in Boulder City in 2000.
He was preceded in death by five siblings; and his son, Mark. He is survived by his wife, Jo; three sisters-in-law, Yola Loughner of Denver, Colorado, Carolyn Loughner of Fullerton, California, and Margaret Loughner of LaHabra, California; as well as many nieces and nephews.
