Obituary Lawrence A. Yettaw (includes a picture) Lawrence A. "Pat" Yettaw, 55, 531 Waverly, died Thursday night at North Ottawa Community Hospital after a long illness. He was born May 9, 1920 in Grand Rapids, married Phyllis Ruch in 1939, and lived here most of his life after moving from Charlevoix. He was owner of United Steam Engineering Co., a member of St. Patrick's Church, a veteran of the U.S. Navy in World War II and a member of Sgt. Alvin Jonker Post 2326. Survivors include: his wife, Phyllis; four daughters, Mrs. Otto (Gloria) Fricke and Mrs. Edward (Anita) Whipple of Grand Haven, Mrs. Grant (Patricia) Young of Holland, Mrs. Lisa Fronm of Wisconsin; mother, Mrs. Lena Yettaw of Grand Haven; three brothers, Leon of San Diego, Glen of Georgia and Delbert of Benton Harbor; two sisters, Mrs. Claude Bosch and Mrs. Howard Retzlaff of Grand Haven and six grandchildren. His body reposes at the VanZantwick Memorial Chapel.' Yettaw, Lawrence A. (Pat) 531 Waverly St. Grand Haven, Mich. ] Funeral services for Lawrence Yettaw age 55 will be held Monday 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church with Rev. Fr. Max Ostrowski officiating. Interment will be in Lake Forest Cemetery. Friends may meet with the family 7-9 Saturday and 2-4 7-9 Sunday at the Van Zantwick Chapel. The VFW Color Guards will handle graveside rites.
