Laura Kate Walden's early life has yet to be researched. In 1896, aged about 34, she married Thomas Bracey, who was a 75 year old widower. The following year they had a son, Thomas Walden Bracey. The 1901 census finds Laura living with her husband and son at Pond Side in Graveley, Hertfordshire. Thomas (senior) died in 1904, aged 83. Laura has yet to be researched after her husband's death.
