    9 Nov 1912, p6 - DEATHS. Laurel. The funeral of Mrs. Laura Sakers, wife of Lee Sakers, took place Friday afternoon from Trinity Southern Methodist Church Rev. J.H. Holly, the pastor, officiating. Mrs. Sakers died Wednesday of typhoid pneumonia after a short illness. She was 49 years old and is survived by her husband and two daughters, Misses Edna and Elva Sakers.
