Legatees: sons Thomas and John CHEW; daughter Nan JOHNSON, wife of William JOHNSON; Larkin Chew, Junr. son of Larkin and Hannah CHEW, every part and parcel of my estate after my debts are paid; my wife Hannah to have her first choice of my estate after the debts are paid, to maintain her and my mother Ruth Green during their natural lives, afterwards to return to Larkin Chew, my natural son and executor.

In Va Land, Marriage and Probate Records 1639-1850 Oct 6 1735, Spots CO Va Grantor: William Bradburn of St Geo Par to James Stevens 200 acres-part of the patent granted Larkin Chew dec'd (granted June 24 1722) and sold by sd. Chew to sd. Bradburn as by deeds Oct 6 1724. Sarah wife of Wm Bradburn acknowledged her dower etc.

Also Sept 10 1724 Wm Bradburn witness to Larkin Chew selling 34 acres land to James Sames (part of the land grant of 1722)

Described by his grandson, J.C., as "having married into the respectable family of Roy."
